Audience and Agenda: CartoonStock was founded in early 1997 by Ed Beardwell, a new media consultant/developer, and Joel Mishon, a professional cartoonist. CartoonStock was the first searchable cartoon archive on the web and the first to offer online licensing and downloading of printable images. This company now represents some of the worlds biggest corporations, including ABC, BBC, McGraw Hill, NASA, American Express, Newsweek, Maxim, and over 300 more.

Usefulness: Political cartoons are a great way to send out a message and lighten up the issue of sometimes depressing politics and its issues. The one I have chosen was simple and easy to understand.
